Haven’t you ever read a fic and wanted the characters to live beyond the walls of the story? Now’s your chance to see it happen.

We’re celebrating Twific by revisiting the worlds of some of the most beloved fic in the fandom. For this new contest, we’re asking YOU to come up with

• - missing moments
• - pasttakes/futuretakes
• - or alternative endings

We’re thrilled to announce the fics we are offering for this first round of our new contest:

We are about to launch a brand new contest…

For this contest we’re going to be asking people to come up with

• missing moments
• pasttakes, futuretakes
• or alternate endings

for some of their favorite fic.

So what we want to know…
Which stories would you want to see fanfic’d?

We know that not all authors will be OK with having people use their story as a jumping off point for other people to tell stories. Obviously we want to have the original authors on board before offering up their story to be fic’d for the contest.

For this first round, we’re currently trying to gauge which COMPLETED fics people might be interested in seeing fanfic’d so that we can approach those authors for permission.

So far everyone we’ve talked to has been super receptive to the idea and we have several authors already on board. For example, AngstGoddess said she’d be down with us offering Wide Awake as an option of one of the fics that can be fanfic’d.

What story worlds do you want to see more of? We started a campfire over at ADF to get a sense of what COMPLETED fics people are interested in seeing explored.
