So glad you used some of my rec list, poarticularly Love Between Sexes which is so, so good, IMO.
Also, thanks for talking about my story, Twinned. That shower scene still makes me LOL.
I think that slash provides a creative and emotional outlet for readers and writers alike. I know that I prefer to read slash because I am not overly drawn to any of the female twilight characters, however, I don’t discount them entirely in my own stories. I love fics that convincingly take you outside of the conventional, and let you observe love begining/consuming/ending without labeling. Love is love!
That said, two dicks are always, always, always better than one to my mind.
If anyone is interested, I can rec a few Harry Potter/Draco Malfoy One Shots that completely own me. It’s great to look outside the fandom sometimes as those HP writers have some serious skills:

I really loved this podcast, I’m fairly new to the slash scene so this was really cool to be able to relate to most of what you all were saying.
I found myself agreeing to a lot of things that I never vocally address, due to shyness or whatever. I’m just now starting to say it’s friggin hot, instead of like stammering and saying ‘no comment’.
I will say that once I got started with one slash story, which btw was Perfectly Persuasive’s Intangibilities that was rec’d from a friend, that I couldn’t stop reading them. I really like Raw and Rosy, that was one of the first I read. And I’m usually all for reading them now, I genuinely like them.
I totally agree with the way that Alice and Emmet are percieved, they both seem really like brothers or sisters so it’d be really odd to see them sexually or to see them paired off with Edward. I’ve mainly read E/J except for a few exceptions like Happy Birthday Riley by TwiBoy.
I’m usually passive as well to how Bella is in stories, she’s mainly filler to me too. Only a few times, when an author really appears to capture her character or give her a better one do I really begin to like her, like on The Misapprehension of Bella Swan by hunterhunting.
I think my favorite slash story actually is Raw and Rosy, I love Dominant Jasper in any way, gay or straight. I love how the two characters interact.
I can’t read any Harry Potter slash because I grew up with it and it seems weird, I tried but I couldn’t do it. It’s like Angel being with Spike for me, and I really can’t read that, lol. I look at Twilight characters more objectively so it’s more enjoyable for me, slash or anything else.
But anyway, this was a really great podcast, and I can’t wait to see what the next topic will be : )

I never thought I would enjoy reading slash, but as the gorgeous Jasper in “Twinned” tells us – love is love – and because we all love the beautiful men of Twilight, then the fact that they could love each other as well is OK. Does that make sense? Definitely going to get to work reading these rec’s – and you’re right – that video is ridiculously hot!

Just FYI, most people puzzle at the story title. Apparently, I'm clever than I thought because some peeps don't get that 'Evening Time Between Sunset and Nightfall'= Twilight.
